RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Jennifer Braithwaite's Online Art Store, I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If  you are not satisfied with your artwork, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss the issue.

I cannot offer exchanges or returns for artwork if you simply change your mind. Due to the custom nature of the artwork, all purchases are final sale unless the artwork is damaged or faulty and correspondence is made promptly to initiate the return process. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the customer. Once I receive your returned item, I will issue a refund if agreed.
